Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting seeks a senior Workday Financials specialist to provide post-production support, lead advisory efforts, and manage client relationships. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in Workday Financials functional areas.
• Experience implementing and supporting Workday modules related to Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in Workday Financials and serve as SME to assist team members and clients.
• Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and configuring best practices.
• Manage client relationships and resolve client support requests ranging from operational issues to phase x implementations and enhancement projects.
• Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery team on incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests.
• Prioritize and delegate requests by urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
• Provide guidance to team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients by sharing subject matter expertise and recommendations.
• Prioritize client interests and ensure work exceeds expectations.
• Foster internal knowledge sharing and mentor other consultants to grow the practice.
• Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needed.

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday Financials and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients


• Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration


• Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services


• Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements


• Should collaboratively work with Delivery team on day to day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests


• Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability


• Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests


• Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables


• Communicate effectively with clients by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and recommendations


• Prioritize clients interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations


• Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice


• Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects

Looking for

• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!) Workday Financials functional areas


• Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects and Cash Management preferred


• 7+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday Financials


• Strong experience within Workday Financials deployments and operational support projects


• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
