Job summary

LTM is seeking a Solution Architect - Cybersecurity Pre-Sales with 14+ years of enterprise security experience to design end-to-end solutions and lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.

You will coordinate with delivery, governance, and technology partners, mentor juniors, and help shape transformation roadmaps across infrastructure, cloud security, SOC, MSS and GRC for global clients.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Solution Architecture/Pre-Sales.
• Experience leading end-to-end cybersecurity solutioning for large enterprise deals.
• Hands-on experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Own the technical response for large RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Lead solutioning for Infrastructure, Cloud, SOC, MSS and GRC.
• Support sales in qualification, pursuit, and deal closure.
• Develop solution architectures, roadmaps, and cost models.
• Collaborate with delivery, governance, and technology partners.
• Assess risks and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer business and security objectives.
• Own the technical response for large RFPs, RFIs, proactive, and reactive proposals.
• Lead solutioning for:
  • Infrastructure Security
  • Cloud Security
  • Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Managed Security Services (MSS)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Support sales teams in opportunity qualification, pursuit, and deal closure.
• Develop solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, effort estimates, and cost models.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, governance groups, and technology partners.
• Assess risks associated with proposed solutions and provide recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic cybersecurity vendors.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Preferred Background
