Job summary

Bharathcloud invites a dynamic Presales Solution Architect in Hyderabad to join our team, acting as a technical advisor in the sales cycle, designing tailored, scalable solutions and engaging with customers and partners.

You will collaborate with account executives to deliver demos, POCs, and architecture diagrams, respond to RFPs, and ensure alignment with business goals, security and performance expectations, while staying current with cloud technologies and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IT or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in solution architecture or technical presales.
• Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.

• Create and deliver presentations, demos, POCs, and solution architectures.
• Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires.
• Bridge between sales, product, and engineering to ensure feasibility.

• Guide clients through evaluations and best practices alignment.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements and roadmap planning.
• IAAS solution design, Kubernetes architecture, security & encryption, and customer engagement.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solution Architect to join our team. You will act as a key technical advisor in the sales process, collaborating with account executives, partners, and customers to design tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Design and present scalable, secure, high-performance solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Create and deliver presentations, demos, POCs, and solution architectures to stakeholders.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
• Serve as a bridge between sales, product management, and engineering to ensure solution feasibility.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company products, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Guide clients through technical evaluations and best practices alignment.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for product enhancements and roadmap planning.
• IAAS solution design, Kubernetes architecture, security & encryption, corporate presentations, and customer engagement.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical presales, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience with cloud technologies (IAAS, SaaS, PAAS) and enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture design patterns, integration, security, scalability, and performance.
• Proficiency in architectural diagrams, documentation, and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud demos or system configurations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Datacenter knowledge and relevant certifications are a plus.
