Job summary

Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIE) in Vasind, Maharashtra invites a skilled Solar PV Technician & Trainer to handle field installation, testing, maintenance and hands-on training in Vasind, Maharashtra. You will lead classroom sessions, supervise practical trainings, and travel Pan-India for installations and workshops.

Candidates should hold Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Renewable Energy with 2–5 years of Solar PV experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
• Good communication and practical training skills.
• Comfortable with field work and Pan-India travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct field visits for solar installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical assignments.
• Work on Rooftop, On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.
• Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
• Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
• Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
• Support workshops, certification programs, and other technical/training activities.
• Travel Pan-India for field visits, installations, training programs, and workshops.
• Travel expenses/allowances provided by the organization per policy.

Solar PV Technician & Trainer

Location: Vasind, Maharashtra (local preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Technician & Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct field visits for solar installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical assignments.
