Job summary

Solgen Energy Pvt Ltd in Thrissur is seeking a Junior Technician – Solar to support the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of solar power systems on-site.

You will assist in installing PV panels, inverters, wiring and mounting structures, perform routine cleaning, and help diagnose faults while ensuring safety and quality.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years in solar or electrical fields are welcome; travel to project sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical wiring
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in solar or electrical field

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures
