Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a field-based Solar PV Installer in Delhi to conduct site assessments, install and commission solar PV systems, and troubleshoot performance.

You will ensure safety compliance, coordinate with project teams, and maintain installation logs while traveling to client sites across India. This on-site role offers growth into lead positions and exposure to a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
• Experience installing and commissioning PV inverters and mounting structures.
• Ability to perform site surveys and assess feasibility for rooftop/ground installations.
• Familiarity with battery backup systems and monitoring.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Sheets for reporting and logging.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for solar PV systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar PV systems including panels, inverters, mounting structures, and battery storage.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and performance optimization of existing solar systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with national and local electrical safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, and site engineers to deliver seamless on-site execution.
• Maintain accurate installation logs, submit daily reports, and assist in warranty documentation.
