KP Group seeks a diligent Solar Rooftop Manager to supervise rooftop solar PV installations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule. The role requires hands-on leadership on-site and strong technical understanding of rooftop systems.

You will lead installation teams, review drawings, and ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards while maintaining detailed site records and progress reports for project management.

Formación

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar rooftop installation supervision.
• Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV system components and installation practices.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and electrical standards (IEC, IS codes).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / mobile reporting apps.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Responsabilidades
