ATA Business Ventures is seeking an experienced Solar Design Engineer to design solar PV systems, electrical systems and transmissions, producing detailed SLDs for our solar projects. You will collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely execution of solar power projects from site assessments to layout planning.

Responsabilités

• Utilize PVSYST software to model and optimize the performance of solar PV systems.
• Design Electrical Schemes, simulate, and analyse solar power plants with a focus on cost reduction, maximizing energy output and ensuring efficient system integration.
• Produce detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for solar power plants, ensuring accurate representation of electrical systems, connections, and configurations.
• Design solar PV systems for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects and collaborate with engineering consultants.
• Conduct site assessments, considering geographical, environmental, and electrical conditions for optimal solar plant design.
• Develop layout plans, selecting appropriate equipment, including panels, inverters, transformers, and cables.
• Can produce specification of the various key components of the Solar Plant and collaborate with procurement team for arranging the quotes.
• Design optimization for reduction of cost of Solar Plants.
• Provide in-depth understanding and support for the electrical transmission systems with respect to solar power plants.
• Work on the integration of solar systems with existing electrical grids, ensuring compatibility with transmission lines, substations, switchyards and other electrical infrastructure at HV and EHV level.
• Develop and review connectivity schemes, transmission, and interconnection strategies with electrical utilities.
• Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure the timely execution of solar power projects.
• Oversee and guide the installation teams to ensure that designs are followed accurately.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues during engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and operational phases.

Job Description

The Solar Design Engineer will work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure the timely execution of solar power projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Simulation:
