Job summary

Trimus Hr Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead solar sales initiatives. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, articulate our offerings, and present product information to customers.

You will drive demos, maintain client relationships, and visit customers regularly to grow the pipeline and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong end-to-end sales capabilities, from lead generation to commercial closure, with a focus on exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solar sales.
• Location is Pune; on-site shift.
• Identify new business leads and meet sales targets.
• Deliver professional demos and presentations for products, services, and solutions.
• Frequent customer visits to grow the pipeline and close deals.
• Support end-to-end sales process from lead to closure.

• Identify New Business Leads
• Articulate the organizations offerings viz products,services, and solutions
• Communicate productspecs, new product information, USPs, and catalog updatesto customers
• Assist with company events and trade shows
• Deliver professionalsales demos/presentations, both in-person and virtually at clientsites
• Frequent visits to customers to cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline
• Since it’s a directsalesrole, the candidate will be responsible for attaining salestargets
• Support overallsales process, from lead generation to successful completion & commercial closure.
• Eagerto independently take the “extra step” providing exceptional customerservice
• Perform all other duties asrequested to execute sales plans.
