Curriculo, Inc. is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead commercial/industrial solar installations across key Indian markets, with opportunities to drive sustainable energy solutions in Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

You will oversee site assessments, design coordination, and commissioning, while managing schedules, budgets, and resources and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on solar project management experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indian solar regulations, permitting processes, and grid interconnection standards.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

• Experience with solar design or performance modeling tools.

• Experience with solar plant operations post installation

• Exposure to multiple renewable energy technologies beyond solar, such as energy storage.

• Fluency in additional Indian languages to support regional client interactions.
