Nexthire is seeking an Automation & AI Associate in Jaipur to streamline business operations by leveraging AI-driven automation and data management. You will implement AI-powered workflows and automate processes across HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations while integrating CRM platforms to boost efficiency.

The role focuses on building automated dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience of data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM platform.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative Automation & AI Associate to streamline business operations by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating business processes, managing and transforming data, creating AI-powered workflows, and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM, ZOHO One and Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms is preferred. The primary focus of this role is implementing AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows across different business functions.
