Key Responsibilities

• Independently map manual workflows across all departments and prioritize automation opportunities by business impact.
• Design, build, and deploy automation flows using n8n, Make or Zapier – end to end, without hand‑holding.
• Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini) into day‑to‑day operational processes across departments.
• Build and manage WhatsApp Business automation for customer communication, internal alerts and lead management.
• Automate document generation, data extraction and report creation using AI and OCR tools.
• Set up and maintain CRM automation – lead assignment, follow‑up sequences, pipeline reporting.
• Build automated MIS dashboards and reports for Finance, Accounts and Management.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather requirements, validate outputs and iterate on solutions.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and propose automation‑first solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation and SOPs for every system built.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise all live automations – ensure reliability and uptime.
• Stay current on AI tools and bring relevant new capabilities to the organization.
