Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive- Digital & AI-Driven Marketing who blends core digital marketing fundamentals with hands‑on expertise in the latest AI‑powered tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving data‑driven campaigns across SEO,content marketing, and social media, while leveraging AI to improve brand positioning and generate high‑quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1) AI-Driven ContentMarketing

• Develop high‑quality, SEO‑optimized content with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms for blogs, landing pages, and ad campaigns).
• Plan and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand positioning and lead‑generation goals.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline SEO and content workflow. Automate content ideation with Google Gemini, handle keyword clustering via ChatGPT or ClusterAI, and execute performance optimisation using Surfer SEO or Clearscope.
• Ensure human oversight for tone & empathy, brand consistency, and factual accuracy to build credibility.

2) Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• Perform keyword research using AI‑assisted tools and traditional platforms.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing issues).
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using analytics platforms.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and AI‑driven search trends (e.g., SGE, Semantic Search, etc.).

3) Social Media Marketing (SMM)

• Plan and execute cross‑platform campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X) using SMM tools such as HubSpot Campaign Planner or Hootsuite.
• Utilising AI tools for post creation & copy writing (Copy.ai, Jasper AI, Canva Magic Studio), smart scheduling (Buffer, Metricool, SocialBee), hashtag optimisation (Sistrix, RiteTag, Flick), and engagement insights and analytics (Brand24, Sprout Social, Awario).
• Monitor social media performance and optimise ad campaigns based on real‑time data.
• Manage community engagement and brand positioning.

4) Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Run and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Use AI tools for audience segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive analytics.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and dashboards.
• Generate actionable reports and insights.

5) Marketing Automation

• Implement workflow automation using the “Zoho One” platform.
• Integrate “ZohoOne” marketing tools for seamless data flow and reporting.
• Use AI for lead scoring, email personalisation, and campaign optimisation.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Copy.ai, Canva AI, Midjourney).
• Experience of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for SEO optimisation.
