Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking a senior Solar EPC Program Manager for Gujarat. The role requires senior oversight of performance against contractual scope, interfaces, ESG commitments, schedule, quality and commissioning objectives.

The ideal candidate has BE/BTech with 10–15 years in EPC projects, with a focus on solar. You will review critical design and energization issues, coordinate with grid connectivity and PMO leaders, and guide recovery plans for at-risk work fronts.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Solar EPC performance against contractual scope.
• Ability to review critical design, construction, energization and COD issues.
• Coordinate Solar dependencies with grid connectivity, BESS integration, common infrastructure and PMO functional leads.

Responsibilities

• Support Client technical reviews relating to solar plant completion, performance readiness and HOTO obligations.
