Job summary

Freyr Energy Services is hiring a Solar Installer for Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The role entails hands-on installation of residential solar sites, ensuring site readiness, and coordinating materials and safety protocols.

You will install structures, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverters, while configuring RMS and delivering basic customer training. Travel willingness and strong communication are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Class 12 / ITI / Diploma required.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0-2 years experience in electrical installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites per DPR.
• Handle material shifting and site readiness.
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems.
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System).
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation.

• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills
