Job summary

Freyr Energy Services in India is seeking a proactive Solar Installer to join our on-site installation team for residential solar projects. You will handle end-to-end installation per approved designs, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with customers on-site.

The role requires basic electrical know-how, willingness to travel, and the ability to read DPRs and follow SOPs. You will be involved in site surveys, material inspection, RMS setup, and customer training to ensure smooth project

Qualifications

• Completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical installations or related electrical work.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Handle material shifting and site readiness.
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems.
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills
