Job summary

SangyaSolar PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Solar Installer in Lucknow to assemble, install and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. You will perform site assessment, mounting, panel positioning and wiring, ensuring compliance with designs, safety standards and local regulations.

You will work with engineers and project supervisors, maintain installation records and help ensure clean, safe work sites while advancing renewable energy adoption in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of solar power systems including on-grid, off-grid and hybrid configurations.
• Experience in solar industry or related renewable energy fields preferred.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles relevant to solar installations.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, layouts and installation manuals.
• Physical ability to work at heights on rooftops and in outdoor conditions with safety protocols.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in assembly and testing.
• Effective teamwork and communication with site staff, supervisors and clients.
• ITI/diploma in electrical, mechanical or renewable energy preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description The Solar Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Solar Installer will assemble, install, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems in accordance with technical designs, safety standards, and local regulations. Daily tasks include site assessment, mounting structure installation, panel positioning, wiring and cable routing, and connection of inverters and associated equipment. The role involves using hand and power tools, performing basic electrical and mechanical work, conducting system checks, and supporting commissioning activities. The Solar Installer will collaborate with engineers and project supervisors, maintain accurate installation records, and ensure clean and safe work sites.

Qualifications
