Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage in Bengaluru/Gurugram is seeking a Software Prod & Plat Engineer Associate Manager who will own backend modules end-to-end, deploy AI agents, and apply rigorous engineering judgment.

You must have 9+ years of experience with Java/Golang/Node.js/C#, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases, plus hands-on testing and AI coding tools. The role is based at Bengaluru/Gurugram offices.

Qualifications

• Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on backend development in a widely used language (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), backed by solid CS fundamentals.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), ideally extended with custom skills/tools.
• Experience building systems that scale - high throughput, real complexity.
• Good to have: working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
