Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage (ALV) seeks a Software Prod & Plat Engineer Associate Manager to lead backend services, AI integrations, and scalable platform features. You will own modules end-to-end, deploy AI agents, and apply rigorous engineering judgment across the stack.

You bring 9+ years of backend development experience, strong CS fundamentals, and hands-on expertise with Java/Golang/Node.js/C#, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend and platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude) and modern dev-stacks.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to own modules end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Must have skills: Backend Development (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Relational Databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Unit & Integration Testing, hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), strong Computer Science fundamentals

Good to have skills: Frontend Development (React / Angular / HTML), building custom AI skills / tools / agents

Experience: Minimum 9 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT or equivalent top-tier college)

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on backend development in a widely used language (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), backed by solid CS fundamentals.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), ideally extended with custom skills/tools.
• Experience building systems that scale - high throughput, real complexity.
• Good to have: working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
