Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage (ALV) in Bengaluru/Gurugram is seeking a Software Prod & Plat Engineer who will be a hands-on, AI-native engineer building and owning backend components, using AI agents to move fast and applying rigorous judgment to the code you ship, with strong CS fundamentals.

With 5+ years of backend experience, you will collaborate across the stack, learn new languages quickly, and work on modern tech including Docker, AWS and relational databases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend development in a widely used language (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#) with strong CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude).
• Educational qualification: B.Tech / BE from a Tier-1 institute.

• Use AI development tools (Cursor / Claude) day in, day out to accelerate delivery - rigorously and responsibly, reviewing and verifying what ships.
