Job summary

Coreconnex Global Services in Mumbai, India seeks a professional to lead enterprise software implementations across ERP and ecommerce environments. You will demonstrate product features, map business requirements to product capabilities, and configure solutions per customer needs.

You will create specification documents, project plans, and coordinate with client teams for system integration, ensuring timely delivery and clear cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-level software implementations across multiple products and ERP/ecommerce environments.
• Strong ability to articulate process logic and technical architecture including design and delivery of functional and technical presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional conversations and drive alignment.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset — takes initiative at a team level, holds peers accountable with coaching (not criticism), and drives outcomes without requiring direction.
