Job summary

Patidar Exports is seeking an ERP consultant to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions. You will lead requirement workshops, analyze processes, and configure ERP modules per specifications.

You will document BRD/FRD, support data migration, and coordinate SIT/UAT and post-go-live stabilization. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP configuration and implementation lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Experience with BRD/FRD/functional specifications, testing, and UAT.
• Good understanding of ERP integrations and data migration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and translate requirements into ERP functional solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with key business users and stakeholders.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved requirements and specifications.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and configuration documents.
• Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, workflows, and interfaces.
• Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and resolve functional issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and stabilization.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuously identify opportunities for ERP optimization.
