Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks an experienced front-end developer to create highly responsive web interfaces. You will work as an IC, delivering end-to-end features across UI/UX, APIs, and database integration, and collaborate with product teams and designers.

You should be proficient in React, TypeScript, Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and modern web standards, write unit and E2E tests, follow SOLID principles, and contribute independently while exploring new tools like

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with hands-on developing web front-ends.
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML & CSS.
• Experience in unit and E2E testing; knowledge of SOLID principles.
• Ability to work as an independent contributor.
• Nice to have MS-Playwright or Cypress and AI tool exposure.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible for development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface

Work as an Individual Contributor and code/develop end-to-end features (UI/UX, APIs, Database)

Be innovative towards any problem and identify and challenge existing inefficient practices

Be collaborative and work as a good team player with all team members. Have a positive mindset and open thoughts.

Work with product team and graphic designers

Be proactive towards raising any alerts, issues or risks

Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it.

Responsible to write API based on the requirements.

Required

• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in IT and strong knowledge with hands on following skills
• Strong in Java, Spring boot, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML & CSS, JUnit, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins
• Strong in writing unit and E2E test cases in React and Java
• Must have knowledge in Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and should be able to code using standard industry coding practices.
• Must be able to work as an independent contributor
• Good to have hands-on over MS-Playwright or Cypress & Co-pilot or other AI tools.
