Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru is seeking a software professional with strong Core Java, Spring and Angular skills to join our team.

You will work across the Spring ecosystem, REST/SOAP microservices, and cloud/docker environments, delivering robust development, testing, deployment and support strategies in distributed systems.

This role emphasizes mentoring teammates, driving process improvements and ensuring production monitoring and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on with Angular frontend development.
• Knowledge of JDBC/ORM (Hibernate) and PL/SQL.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins).
• Experience with SOA/Microservices (REST, SOAP) and cloud/docker.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Core Java and Spring ecosystem; comfortable doing integration tests in Spring context.
• Knowledge of JDBC and DB concepts; hands-on ORM (Hibernate).
• Hands-on with Angular latest version; develop and integrate frontend components.
• Mentor team members and drive process standardization and improvement.
• Work with Cloud/Docker/IaaS/PaaS; support deployment and monitoring in distributed environments.
• Deliver sound development, testing, implementation, deployment and support strategies.
