Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru, India seeks a Java backend developer with strong Spring and microservices experience. You will design and implement scalable services, collaborate with teams, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Minimum 4 years in Spring (Boot & Cloud) and microservice development, with proficiency in relational databases and NoSQL, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift. Angular is a nice-to-have skill.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of microservice development patterns.
• Good knowledge of microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift (v3/4).
• Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of design and modeling relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

• Methodologies: Agile.
• Ability to work in a team, acting proactively.
• Solution oriented person, with ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
