Role Summary

The Software Development Engineer (Frontend) at Superleap will own the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications that power our AI-native CRM. Working closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, you will build intuitive customer-facing features, optimize application performance, and contribute to a frontend architecture that enables rapid product innovation and scale.

You will play a key role in transforming product ideas into exceptional user experiences, ensuring speed, reliability, and usability across the platform. As Superleap grows, you will take increasing ownership of frontend systems, platform capabilities, engineering best practices, and technical leadership, helping build a frontend foundation that scales with the business.
