Job summary

Superleap is the AI-native CRM built for modern revenue teams. The Software Development Engineer (Backend) at Superleap will build and scale the APIs, services, and backend systems that power our platform.

• 2–5 years of backend development experience with Go, Java, Python, Node.js or similar technologies.

Role Summary

The Software Development Engineer (Backend) at Superleap will build and scale the APIs, services, and backend systems that power our platform. Working closely with Product, Frontend, and AI teams, you will develop reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions, ensuring scalability, system efficiency, and seamless user experiences.

You will own backend features end-to-end and contribute to the architecture and technical foundation required to support rapid product growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.

Code Quality & Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.

Infrastructure & Process Improvement

• Support CI/CD, deployment processes, observability, and backend tooling.
