Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Superleap is responsible for generating high-quality enterprise opportunities and building the top of our revenue engine. This is a high-intent, high-volume outbound role where your conversations directly influence our growth trajectory. You will work closely with founders and the enterprise sales team to identify target accounts, qualify prospects, and book high-quality demos. This role is ideal for someone with SaaS or services sales experience who understands enterprise buying behavior and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–4 years in SaaS or related enterprise sales
- Experience in high-volume outreach and demo-booking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative to figure out ways to open doors at large companies
- Ability to engage with top management and build rapport
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS products and tech systems
- Prior experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- Self-starter and effective as an individual contributor

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Prospecting & Demand Creation
- High-Intent Outbound: Drive consistent outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to targeted enterprise accounts.
- Account Research: Understand industry workflows, existing CRM setups, and likely pain points before outreach.
- Non-Brand Selling: Build curiosity and credibility for a fast-growing AI-native CRM without relying on brand recognition.
Structured Qualification & Demo Booking
- Discovery Calls: Conduct sharp first conversations to understand urgency, budget, authority, and business pain.
- Intent Filtering: Differentiate between curiosity-driven conversations and serious enterprise buying signals.
- High-Quality Handoff: Provide detailed context to AEs including stakeholder mapping, pain points, and competitive landscape.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement
- Buying Committee Mapping: Identify decision-makers, champions, blockers, and technical evaluators early.
- Senior Conversations: Confidently engage Sales Heads, RevOps Leaders, CIOs, and Founders.
- Meeting Control: Drive urgency and secure clear next steps rather than passive follow-ups.
Execution Discipline & Pipeline Ownership
- Activity Consistency: Maintain high daily outreach volume with strong personalization.
- CRM Hygiene: Ensure clean tracking of outreach, responses, and qualification notes.
- Conversion Optimization: Continuously improve connect → meeting → SQL conversion metrics through experimentation.
