Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented CMDB Administrator, ServiceNow to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and governing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the enterprise. You will work directly alongside infrastructure teams, application owners, and auditors to drive data certification, monitor discovery health, and support seamless operational workflows.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Manage CMDB and Discovery Operations: Maintain, optimize, and configure the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), while monitoring the health of ServiceNow Discovery, Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) servers, identification rules, and service mapping patterns.

• Collaborate and Integrate Systems: Partner with cross-functional infrastructure teams, application owners, Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) administrators, and Merger & Acquisition project teams to align data governance, integrate enterprise systems, and streamline automation.

• Ensure Compliance and Governance: Implement data governance policies and lifecycle management for Configuration Items (CIs), while supporting Information Security audits, Incident Management, and Change Management processes to maintain organizational standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with specialized expertise in the Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) module, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration, Discovery Patterns, and Service Mapping.

• Strong knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, particularly Service Asset and Configuration Management, alongside deep familiarity with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
