We are looking for a Japanese bilingual Business Analyst to support technical projects in the eCommerce domain. The role involves bridging communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams, handling documentation, coordination, and project support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams
• Acquire deep understanding of the requirements and domain knowledge
• Translate and document business and technical requirements (Japanese English)
• Creating and managing epics, user stories and other requirement documents
• Coordinate across development, QA, and design functions
• Support testing, issue tracking, and post-release follow-ups

Requirements
