Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Japanese language liaison in Gurugram to support communications with Japanese clients and internal teams. You will translate, interpret, and prepare business documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and cultural alignment.

The role requires JLPT N1 preferred or N2 minimum, strong reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in Japanese, plus solid English communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with Japan-based colleagues.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 preferred; N2 minimum.
• Strong Japanese reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to understand Japanese business etiquette and workplace culture.
• Relevant experience working with Japanese clients or teams is an advantage.
