HOSHŌ DIGITAL is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

The ideal candidate will translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while supporting product planning and UAT to ensure alignment with business goals.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to create process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and QA.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience on technology-driven projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Create workflow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and process models as required.
• Support product planning, feature prioritization, and requirement clarification.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate with QA teams to validate requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Support UAT and validate deliverables against business requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential challenges in business processes and project requirements.
• Maintain requirement traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
