Job summary

TP in Hyderabad is seeking a Soft Skills Trainer with 2+ years of experience to deliver comprehensive programs in communication, behavioral training, and customer service. The role involves conducting new hire, refresher, and development sessions.

The trainer will facilitate workshops, assess training effectiveness, create reports, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR to drive employee development and performance improvements.
