Job summary

Woways in Hyderabad seeks an energetic Soft Skills Trainer to help learners excel in communication, personality development and workplace readiness. You will design engaging sessions and coach candidates for interviews and professional careers.

Responsibilities include delivering sessions on verbal and written communication, interview skills, GDs, resume building and corporate grooming; run mock interviews and group activities; track progress and coordinate with placement teams to align training

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; English, Communication, HR or Psychology preferred.
• 13+ years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication or Corporate Trainer.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a neutral and clear accent.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
