Job summary

NIIT Foundation in Patna, Bihar is seeking a Softskill Trainer to conduct structured soft skills sessions for learners, based on NIIT Foundation curriculum, and to prepare and deliver engaging classes.

The role requires at least 1 year of training experience, strong English and Hindi communication, and active student mobilization and placement support. Willingness to travel and work in community settings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills sessions based on NIIT Foundationscurriculum

• Track student attendance and encourage active participation
• Counsel students to improve their employability and placement readiness
• Maintain student progress records and update MIS (Encore)
• Engage in mobilization activities in the surrounding community
• Assist in center upkeep and student infra support
• Document and share student success stories
• Support placement processes and post-placement tracking
• Share weekly/monthly attendance and progress dashboardsReport daily activities and student performance updates
