Job summary

Orion in Jaipur seeks an experienced trainer to deliver engaging sessions on Communication Skills, Spoken English, Business Communication, and Employability Skills. You will conduct programs of up to 60 hours per batch and up to 4-5 hours daily, assess learning outcomes, and mentor students to boost confidence and employability.

Preferred candidates are native to Jaipur with 4+ years in teaching or training high-school/college students; industry professionals with training expertise are welcome.

• Ability to assess learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Experience in mentoring students and facilitating discussions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Communication Skills, Spoken English, Business Communication, and Employability Skills.
• Conduct training programs of up to 60 hours per batch and sessions up to 4-5 hours per day.
• Assess trainee learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback; mentor and guide students to improve confidence and employability.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports; travel to assigned colleges, including remote locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

• Assess trainee learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor, coach, and guide students to improve their confidence, communication, and employability.
• Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, role plays, and experiential learning exercises.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports as required.
• Travel to assigned colleges, including remote locations, for training delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs

Preferred candidate profile

• Native of Jaipur( Rajasthan)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in teaching, training, or counselling high-school and college students.
• At least 2 years of experience as an English-Speaking Skills Trainer.
• Industry professionals with training expertise and 24 years of experience in Business Communication Training may also apply.
