Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver soft skills training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conduct sessions on Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Personality Development, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Etiquette, Conflict Resolution.
• Conduct aptitude enhancement sessions in collaboration with placement and academic teams.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment through Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, HR Interview Preparation, Resume Writing, Email Writing & Business Correspondence; Corporate Grooming.
• Assess students' training needs through evaluations and feedback.
• Develop training modules, learning materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
• Monitor student progress and maintain training records and performance reports.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that develop communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, personality development, leadership qualities, and workplace etiquette, enabling students to succeed in campus placements and professional careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conduct training sessions on: Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Personality Development, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Ethics & Professional Etiquette, Conflict Resolution.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in English, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, Behavioral Training, or Corporate Training will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, learning & development, or employability training.
• Experience in higher education institutions, universities, or corporate training organizations is preferred.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment training and placement preparation will be an advantage.
• Strong presentation, Strong coaching, mentoring, and counseling skills.

Note: Candidate should either have experience in aviation training or personality development coaching.
