Position Title: IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer

Location: FC Road (Pune)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer to deliver effective training sessions that help students and professionals improve their English language proficiency, communication skills, and overall personality development. The trainer will be responsible for preparing candidates for the IELTS examination (Academic & General Training) and conducting soft skills sessions focused on communication, interview.

Key Responsibilities

1. IELTS Training

• Conduct high-quality IELTS (Academic & General) training sessions for students and professionals.
• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests aligned with the IELTS format.
• Teach and guide students across all four modules – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide personalized feedback to improve test.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns and evaluation criteria.

2. Soft Skills & Communication Training

• Design and deliver engaging sessions on communication, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence-building activities.
• Help learners improve verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Customize training modules based on learner profiles (students, corporate professionals, etc.).
• Prepare, review, and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling sessions and student assessments.
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve their IELTS target scores and personal.
• Provide career guidance and counseling as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
