Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills sessions based on NIIT Foundation's curriculum.
• Prepare for classes as per training guidelines and session plans.

• Track student attendance and encourage active participation.
• Counsel students to improve their employability and placement readiness.
• Maintain student progress records and update internal MIS (Encore).
• Engage in mobilization activities in the surrounding community.
