Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a trainer to deliver BPO training in East Delhi and develop learners’ communication, workplace etiquette, digital literacy and employability skills. Sessions include role plays, case studies, demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure job-readiness.

The role involves mentoring learners, maintaining a safe learning environment, tracking attendance and progress, and coordinating with placement teams for interviews and job readiness support.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
• Certification or Training of Trainers desirable.
• Candidates with strong BPO experience and an appropriate diploma may be considered.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and activity-based training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is desirable.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, online learning platforms and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to assess learners objectively and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong mentoring, counseling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with training, mobilization, placement and project teams.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Deliver BPO training in accordance with the approved curriculum and session plans.
