Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a trainer to deliver BPO training in line with approved curricula, developing learners’ communication, etiquette, digital literacy and employability skills.

You will use role plays, demonstrations and group activities to engage learners; monitor attendance and performance, and provide remedial interventions as needed. Strong English/Hindi communication and classroom management are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
• Certification or Training of Trainers certification desirable.
• Candidates with strong BPO experience and an appropriate diploma may also be considered.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and activity-based training.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is desirable.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, online learning platforms and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to assess learners objectively and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong mentoring, counseling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with training, mobilization, placement and project teams.

Responsibilities

Job Description
