Job summary

• Oversee soft services under Facilities Management and drive workplace experience strategy
• Lead and develop the workplace experience team with regular feedback and recognition
• Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, pest control, pantry, etc.) ensuring SOPs and regulatory compliance
• Manage visitor management and ensure top-notch workplace services for clients
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs of lobby, receptions, workstations, and common areas
• Prepare and track stakeholder purchase orders, invoices, and inventory for soft services

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall soft services of the Facilities management department .
• Own and evolve the workplace experience strategy and vision, implement workshop, events, unwind and initiative to meet and exceed client’s expectations
• Lead and develop the workplace experience through feedback, recognition and regular catchup with team and members
• Host and connect with team to align priorities and energize team members to focus on their goal
• Manage vendor alignment and relationships, embedding hospitality focus standard across soft service to ensure and strengthen the operational service
• Responsible for ensuring that the operations of all the vendors like housekeeping, pest control, Plants vendor, Coffee vending Machine etc department confirm all applicable standard operating procedure and comply regulations wherever applicable
• Resolves high-impact issues/escalations with empathy and precision undefined
• Follow and implement EHSS in all services wherever applicable.
• Responsible for visitor management system, ensuring all expectations are always met.
• Responsible for workplace services are top notch for the clients
• Conduct regular walkthrough of key zones in the entire site – Lobby, receptions, workstations, common passage area, pantry, café, washrooms
• Responsible for preparation & Tracking of the stakeholders PO and tax invoice, inventory for material with respect to Housekeeping / Pantry services and soft services equipment’s.
