Job summary

Adprayas is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. You will manage social pages, optimize GMB, and drive lead generation with data-driven ROI improvements.

The ideal candidate has 13+ years in digital marketing, hands-on skills in Meta/Google ads, and strong analytics. You will collaborate with the creative team on content and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong knowledge of GMB optimization and Local SEO.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Pixel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business pages.
• Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & Performance Max).
• Handle Google My Business (GMB) profile optimization and local SEO.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI using data-driven strategies.
• Create content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for graphics and videos.
• Generate leads through paid marketing campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and basic SEO optimization.
• Track website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good knowledge of Google My Business (GMB) optimization and Local SEO.
• Understanding of Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is an added advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
