Job summary

StarAgile, Bengaluru-based training and consulting firm, seeks a Social Media Specialist to drive our digital presence and brand storytelling. You will plan campaigns, manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels, and create monthly content calendars to boost engagement and lead generation.

Work with the content team to produce video reels and brand content, monitor analytics, optimize performance, and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in YouTube SEO, social media management, or digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
