Job summary

Fynd, a frontier technology company, is seeking a Social Media Manager in Mumbai to shape our online presence across key platforms and drive growth through strategic content and engagement.

You will develop the monthly calendar, publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube, and manage daily operations including scheduling and community management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media calendars and campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging content aligned to brand voice.
• Familiarity with analytics to drive reach and conversions.
• Experience with community management and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of platform-specific best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar aligned to brand goals, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Oversee day-to-day social media operations including scheduling, posting, community management, and content optimization.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build an active online community.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling.
• Leverage social media and Sales Navigator for lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign support.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to test new formats and growth tactics that improve outcomes.
