Fynd seeks a Product Growth Manager to drive strategic growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree preferred with strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product growth strategies aligned with company objectives and user needs.
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Translate data, customer insights, and market signals into prioritized product experiments and roadmap items.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope, build, and launch growth initiatives.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and funnel optimizations to improve product performance.
• Monitor metrics, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with analytics to build dashboards and reporting frameworks for growth measurement.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technically robust, scalable solutions

Qualifications

Preferred

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in high-growth technology companies or consumer digital products
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or analytics platforms
• Experience with retention, monetization, or acquisition growth initiatives.
