Job summary

Fynd is seeking a proactive outbound sales professional in Mumbai to drive revenue by contacting enterprise brands, retailers, and ecommerce businesses, understanding requirements, and scheduling product demos.

You will work to generate qualified opportunities, move leads through the bookings funnel, and meet targets while building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored demonstrations of Fynd’s solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Connect with potential clients to establish rapport, understand business requirements, and schedule product demos
• Engage with enterprise brands, retailers, and ecommerce businesses to generate qualified opportunities
• Drive and optimize the leads-to-bookings funnel to improve conversions
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and demo scheduling targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships across brands and retail partners
• Improve customer communication, objection handling, and sales pitch effectiveness
• Understand customer pain points and align Fynd’s solutions accordingly
• Stay updated on Indian retail, ecommerce, and SaaS market trends
• Conduct market research and brand interactions to derive business insights
• Prepare effective client presentations, reports, and business proposals
