Job summary

PALMONAS, a fast-scaling jewellery brand building a new category in India, seeks a Social Media Manager to own brand storytelling, content strategy, and engagement from Pune (on-site).

You will drive Instagram-first content, lead reel-heavy strategies, and collaborate with influencers and the creative team to grow organic reach and community while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in social media (consumer brand preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms & trends
• Experience managing reel-heavy content strategy
• Strong aesthetic and brand sense
• Experience working with content teams & shoots
• Data-driven approach to content

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own brand storytelling, content strategy, and engagement for a fast-scaling jewellery brand building a new category in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media strategy (Instagram-first)
• Drive brand storytelling + category education (demi-fine, 9kt gold etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendar aligned to business goals
• Lead reel-first content strategy
• Work with creative team for high-performing content production
• Identify trends and convert them into brand-relevant content
• Drive engagement and community growth
• Collaborate with performance team for ad-friendly creatives
• Manage launch campaigns, offers, and storytelling moments
• Work with influencers and UGC content
• Ensure consistent brand tone and visual language
