Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business, brand, and industry.
• Translate client needs into clear creative briefs for our internal teams (creative, strategy, media).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple versatile projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with confidence.
• Work with the strategy team to develop social media calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports.
• Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business pitches.

What We're Looking For (Experience & Skills)

• 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Client Servicing) within an advertising, digital marketing, or social media agency. (This is non-negotiable – you must understand agency pace and processes).
• A solid understanding of the digital landscape: social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), influencer marketing, performance marketing, and content creation.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients without dropping the ball.
• Exceptional communication skills – you’re clear, concise, and persuasive both verbally and in writing.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
• You are comfortable reading analytics and drawing business insights from data.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change.
