Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, Account Coordination, Account Management, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and maintain professional client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
• Manage and monitor clients' social media accounts and online presence.
• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies and content plans.
• Coordinate content calendars, posts, creatives, campaigns, and client approvals.
• Communicate campaign updates, timelines, deliverables, and feedback to clients.
• Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks and deliverables.
• Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
• Handle day-to-day communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Maintain records of client requirements, discussions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Support Account Managers/Management in client servicing and account-related activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and campaign performance.
